Apologizing With Grace

  1. A sincere apology when you make a mistake is essential.
  2. Apologize immediately and be sincere.
  3. Always apologize in person or send a written note.
  4. If the mistake was serious consider sending a gift or flowers or a personalized gift.
  5. It is never too late to ask forgiveness. If you find out well after the fact that you have offended someone, apologize then.
  6. Never give a list of excuses when you apologize just say you’re sorry.
