Logistics

Lighting

Lydia prefers full house and full stage lights as much as possible, dimming only the screen for her computer-generated presentation (if such is used). She moves across the stage and occasionally into the audience during her program.  In all cases the speaking area requires good lighting.

Audio

Please provide Lydia with a lavalier mic.

Room Setup

Please provide a lectern to the side of the stage and next to it place a small table for other materials.

Classroom seating is preferred.  If not available, please discuss with Lydia.

Computer

For PowerPoint presentations Lydia can either provide her laptop or a flash drive.

Miscellaneous

Lydia will provide you with a fully customized introduction before the event.

Once finalized a master handout will be provided for the meeting planner to reproduce.
